Delivery Timeframe

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days.
Please note:

• Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

• Orders placed after hours or during holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of the product, ice cream is not available for delivery. It must be collected directly from our store to maintain product quality and prevent melting during transit.
